Start by confirming your PHP patch status
On 21 October 2026, the PHP team announced critical vulnerabilities CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619. The affected conditions depend on the deployment; this does not mean every website or every WordPress site is affected. Ask your host or maintainer to confirm the PHP web runtime and fixes for both CVEs, including vendor backports.

WordPress / WooCommerce
Our main audience is WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores. We first establish the PHP environment, hosting access and maintenance responsibilities. Updating plugins alone does not establish that PHP itself has been patched.
Laravel / custom PHP systems
Enquiries are welcome. We assess the technology, permissions and work required before accepting a project. Missing or unclear access must be resolved before a safe update plan can be confirmed.

Share your URL, system and hosting information. We use only the information you provide to understand whether we can take on the work and prepare a quote. This is not a free deep inspection.

Confirm the impact and scope
Admin access and detailed inspection are paid work. The agreed scope covers confirming the impact and what needs updating, with required access and responsibilities established first.

Back up and update or patch
Backups and upgrading PHP or applying patches are paid work. Backup availability, recovery and downtime arrangements must be agreed for your individual system before changes.

Verify the main functions
Main-function verification is paid work. We agree which functions to check and the evidence to provide, such as relevant login, form, checkout or payment flows.
For each project, we confirm backup availability, recovery and downtime arrangements, verification items and evidence, and what to do if the system cannot be updated safely. These arrangements are not universal guarantees.
Patching and incident response are separate
If we find signs of intrusion, we will notify you. Malware removal, incident investigation and recovery need a separate assessment and quote. We may handle the work or refer it to a specialist, depending on the situation.
Completing a patch does not mean an intrusion has been removed, or that the website is fully secure.

Before you enquire
Is the initial discussion a free security scan?
No. The free part only uses the URL, system and hosting information you provide to assess whether we can take on the work and quote. Admin access, deeper inspection, backups, patching and main-function verification are paid work.
Can you quote a fixed price or promise a repair time?
We quote according to your system and scope. We will reply as soon as possible and confirm the handling time after assessment. There is no fixed response or repair deadline or round-the-clock promise.
Will updating WordPress or plugins patch PHP?
PHP is the runtime behind the application. An application or plugin update alone does not confirm that the PHP runtime is fixed. Ask your host or maintainer for runtime and package details, including confirmation of vendor backports for both CVEs.
What if my website is already compromised?
Tell us about the signs you found. If signs of intrusion are found during the agreed work, we will notify you. Cleanup, investigation or recovery are assessed and quoted separately, or referred to a specialist. Patching does not remove an existing intrusion.
